This article is outstanding. I have 30+ users working in UX and as a sude effect, many applications that rely on coherent data aligned to users conceptual model, and I lived reading this article and seeing so much of what i have learned reflected. Particularly love the hierarchy of emotional needs serviced by data of increasingly advanced quality to the extent of aligned consciousness. Wonderful. This takes UX away from its fixation on the User Interface as a mechanism to articulate intent towards, the UI to the world of data with its quality assessment in terms of its distance from the users mental model 👏
